We start using the best raw materials available. We use 1st quality polyester yarns. This materialis a step above industrial and commercial grade materials as it is the best material available. It has been specifically made for tie down use and has a high tenasity with low elongation. This provides a better break strength with a lower stretch factor built into the strap. All of our webbing is sent to a national independent lab for certification and independent inspection.
We also have a tight weave pattern with an average of 19 pics per inch providing more surface area than many competitorswhile increasing strength in the process. This important feature helps reduce premature wear and fraying.
