DOT Tiedown can produce a variety of lengths and widths of cargo nets on our computer controlled net system.  Most common box sizes are 6” and 11”.  This machine can manufacture nets to tolerances not attainable by manual labor. The automated computerized process also eliminates the real possibility of human error when you have minimum wage labor making nets that have the responsibility of restraining cargo in your multi-million dollar aircraft.  We have custom manufactured the following items:  truck nets, trailer nets, aircraft cargo nets, animal nets, barrier nets, and much more.

Standard Web Nets

Our standard web nets are hand sewn from our 1” and larger webbing. These nets are made from 100% US 1st grade polyester and can be outfitted to meet the demanding needs as supplied by our customers.  Custom nets can provide security in hauling freight or live animals.  These nets are fully customized from the box size to the end fittings and fastening points.
