Placing
an Order:

will provide you with answers to all of your questions. Once you place an
order, your sales representative will be responsible for managing your account.

Methods
of Payment:
D.O.T. Tiedown accepts the following methods of payment: money order, cash,
check, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Visa. D.O.T. Tiedown will
also extend a line of credit to all qualified customers. You can establish
a line of credit by contacting our sales department and requesting a credit
application. Following quick approval, you will be ready to place an order.
Limited
Warranty:
D.O.T. Tiedown agrees to replace any products that have been determined to
be defective in materials or workanship for a period or ninety (90) days from
the date of invoice. During this warranty period, D.O.T. Tiedown (at its option)
will repair or replace free of charge any product found to be defective in
material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover any product that has
been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration or unauthorized repair.
Any product in question must be returned with an approved R.A.# to D.O.T.
Tiedown or warranty approval. D.O.T. Tiedown will not be held liable for special,
incidental or consequential damage or delays directly or indirectly resulting
from the sale or use of the defective goods and will make no allowance for
repairs or alterations without its written consent. D.O.T. Tiedown expresses
that this limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or
implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchant ability
or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will our company be liable
for special, indirect or consequential damages or losses of vehicle, cargo
or profits.
